Land parcel near Mitcham Common sells for £36,000

Our representative at the Savills auction today has informed the Friends that the land parcel near the Ravensbury was sold today for £36,000. Unfortunately this was well beyond the funds of the Friends. We will continue to monitor the any development that might take place on the site in the future.
