Get regular email updates concerning the Common and surrounding areas. Including
- Common maintenance and conservation
- Walks and experiences, such as the ‘Mushroom walk’
- Updates on council plans that affect our neighbourhood

We are a rather large and friendly group of locals who care about the Common and Mitcham. We like to together once a month at the “local” to chat and socialise. Otherwise we’ll all meet at one of the main events hosted by us.
So, whether you are new and would like to get to know your neighbours, or if you’d like to expand you social group, why not join the Friends?
Allow us to help you
We can also help with any queries, suggestions or concern you have regarding the Common. We attend the Conservator’s meeting where our input is listened to and noted.
We are often asked to mobilise on issues such as development around the Common and other issues.
